During holiday periods, please note that there may be a slightly longer processing and shipment turnaround time.

Please be aware that once orders leave our warehouse, any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS:

If the tracking status of your package indicates "delivered," but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbours, members of your household, or your front office (if applicable) to see if it was accidentally delivered nearby.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

Within 24-48 hours of processing your order, you will receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

 

UPDATED SHIPPING ADDRESS:

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at admin@mysmartswimwear.com. Don't forget to update your billing address if necessary. All future orders will be directed to your new address.

Please note that it is crucial to inform us promptly of any address changes, as we are unable to reroute a shipment once it has been processed and shipped. Any address changes made after your order has been shipped will apply to your next shipment.
